We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Childcare Centre Director to lead and support our growing early learning service in the beautiful Batemans Bay This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in leadership, values relationships, and is committed to creating exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring and supporting teams, maintaining compliance, driving occupancy, and helping create a positive and inspiring culture across the service. About the Role As the Centre Director you will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring educators and leadership teams Managing daily centre operations and administration Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and company policies Supporting occupancy growth and family engagement Managing rosters, staffing, and budgets Driving a positive team culture focused on collaboration and support Overseeing health, safety, and operational standards Supporting continuous improvement and career development initiatives About You We are looking for someone who is: An experienced Centre Director or senior leader within Early Childhood Education Passionate about leadership and building high-performing teams Confident managing compliance, staffing, and centre operations Warm, approachable, and relationship-focused Organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills Motivated to create positive outcomes for children, families, and educators Able to work autonomously while also supporting a collaborative team environment Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Previous leadership experience within the Early Childhood sector Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF Current Working With Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Attractive salary package based on experience Supportive ownership and leadership team Opportunity to genuinely influence and shape centre culture Professional development and career growth opportunities Beautiful South Coast lifestyle location A workplace that values people, relationships, and teamwork Flexibility and autonomy within the role Why Join Us?
