**About the Role**: We're looking for a practical and proactive **Maintenance Officer** to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at **Denhams Beach Care Community.**

**What You'll Do**: ✔️ Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor projects across our care community and gardens.

✔️ Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations.

✔️ Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimising disruption for our residents.

✔️ Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget.

✔️ Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming environment.

**What You'll Need**: ✔️ Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus).

✔️ A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

✔️ Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.

✔️ Valuable communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.

✔️ Reliability and a strong work ethic.

✔️ A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded.

✔️ Willingness to complete:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
