NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Resort is currently seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Attendant to join our team. We’re looking for someone available to work three days per week (generally Friday, Saturday and Sunday) , with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts to cover staff leave and support busy periods. Shift times may vary between 8:00am – 3:00pm and 10:00am – 6:00pm . If you’re reliable, enjoy hands‑on work and are happy to work weekends, this is the role for you. What you will do
- Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
- Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.
- Servicing pool, repairs and maintenance as required
- Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks What you will bring
- Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary
- we are looking for a genuine all‑rounder.
- Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
- Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.
