Maintenance Coordinator Batehaven

- Executing the preventative maintenance program throughout the residential aged care home
- Performing reactive repairs on items within the home as the need arises
- Managing the coordination of external maintenance contractors as required
- Working in a protected manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures Qualifications
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Trade certificate or Cert IV in Maintenance/Building services
- Solid communication skills and a positive attitude
- Hands‑on experience with building maintenance, handyman or building services role
- Able to establish and maintain qualified and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
