ABOUT US Our hotel is a warm, friendly, family-oriented establishment located just 8km south of Bathurst NSW (2795). Our patrons are like family to us and are a pleasure to serve day to day. We offer wholesome pub-style meals and a range of beverages in a relaxed country setting. We pride ourselves on having welcoming, professional staff and hope to find someone who shares our passion for great customer service to join our team. Our new team member will need to be a positive all-rounder, as this role involves far more than simply pouring drinks. Every staff member plays an important role in the day-to-day running and maintenance of the hotel. The position includes a wide range of responsibilities including cleaning, opening and closing procedures, customer service, bar work, bistro duties, and assisting management where required. Our opening and closing procedures are thorough, so a strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves is essential. With a variety of tasks and a lively group of locals to look after, no two shifts are ever the same. You’ll need to be able to work independently, manage your time well, and stay on top of tasks in a busy environment. IMPORTANT Please only apply if you are genuinely interested in the position. • Current RSA & RCG required
• Driver’s licence preferred
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
