Truck Driver (Bathurst)

Boral is seeking responsible, organised and experienced professional drivers to operate a Truck and Dog vehicle at our Brocklehurst Quarry. As a Boral Driver, you will be responsible for loading and delivering quarry materials to customer sites throughout the North Western region. We can currently have 2 positions: 1 x Full Time Permanent and 1 x Casual. The nature of these roles requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday. Your day will involve:
- Delivery of quarry materials, including responsibility for compliance with axle weight tolerances and using on board telematics systems to capture data
- Conducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
- Actively monitoring and maintaining compliance with axle weight tolerances
- Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
- Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences What are we looking for?
- Current HC licence
- Proven experience driving heavy combination (HC) trucks
- OH&S; induction for construction industry (white Card)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations What’s on offer?
