Supply Chain Specialist Bathurst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-focused Supply Chain Specialist to support our end-to-end procurement and planning activities.

In this role, you’ll manage purchasing, coordinate suppliers, and maintain delivery schedules to ensure materials are available when needed. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support production continuity and drive productive supply chain outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Managing end-to-end procurement, including MRP-driven purchasing and purchase orders

Tracking and expediting deliveries to meet production and project timelines

Coordinating supplier relationships and resolving supply issues

Supporting inventory management, stocktake, and reporting

Maintaining accurate ERP data, pricing, and supplier records

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation

ABOUT YOU Solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (manufacturing or similar)

Experience in managing and purchasing from overseas suppliers is essential

Knowledge of MRP systems and ERP platforms (Infor Visual desirable)

Confident managing suppliers and delivery schedules

High attention to detail with strong organisation skills

Proficient in Excel and data reporting

Experience with freight, logistics, or imports/exports highly regarded
