We specialise in creating customised promotional services and, and we need extra hands to help make Christmas magical for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Full of Christmas spirit and excitement for the holiday season
- A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
- A creative thinker with a passion for promotional products or retail
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential

**Role**: This energetic and engaging individual will be the face of our exciting Christmas "Spend-to-Win" campaign based in a shopping centre environment, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and festive experience while participating in the promotion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Proactively engage with customers, explaining the details of the spend-to-win promotion and encouraging participation. Creating a fun, positive atmosphere to get customers excited about the chance to win.
- **Prize Distribution**: Responsible for overseeing the spin-the-wheel or draw process, ensuring fairness and managing the distribution of prizes efficiently and enthusiastically.
- **Promotion Management**: Monitor entries to ensure customers meet the minimum spending requirements, verify receipts, and manage prize inventories.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent the brand with a professional, friendly demeanor, ensuring all customer interactions reflect the joyful, festive spirit of the season.
- **Crowd Control**: Maintain a smooth flow of participants, manage queues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience without feeling rushed or frustrated.
- **Confident & Outgoing**: This person will be comfortable interacting with customers of all ages, bringing festive cheer and enthusiasm to every interaction.
- **Organized & Efficient**: Able to manage multiple participants, prize inventory, and any on-the-spot issues that may arise, all while staying calm and collected in a busy retail environment.
- **Customer-Focused**: Passionate about delivering excellent service and making each customer’s experience memorable.
- **Team Player**: Able to collaborate with other promotional staff and store employees to ensure smooth operation of the activation.
- **Problem Solver**: Quick to think on their feet to address any questions or challenges that may arise during the promotion.

This staff member is critical to driving customer participation, adding a fun and festive element to their shopping experience, and ensuring that every interaction is both memorable and enjoyable.

**Dates**: November 30th
- December 22nd, 10am-1pm daily.

Once successful, on going promotional/seasonal work will be available.
