Field Service and Sales Representative (Bathurst)

**Casual / Part Time role. Regular travel. Vehicle provided. Average 3 x days per week (minimum 12 x days a month). Start and finish each workday from Bathurst based warehouse.**

Floral Image is a franchise business that brings colour to businesses and homes with our sustainable lifelike flower service. 'Designer flowers refreshed monthly'.

**Primary Objective**

The primary objective of the role is to consistently provide genuine and attentive customer service to our existing loyal customer base within the territory and maintain the Floral Image experience ensuring all customers receive their monthly floral arrangement Refresh. When required you will attract new customers for Floral Image by following leads or negotiating a free trial and then converting those trials to paying customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all customers receive their monthly Refresh within expected time-frames.
- Pre-plan the sequence of monthly Refreshes each day to maximize productivity.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and problem solving.
- Identify up-sell and referral opportunities.
- Appropriate maintenance of floral arrangements.
- Quality upkeep of the company vehicle and ensure it is stocked with a variety of arrangements for customers.
- Utilise Floral Image technology including daily data entry into Synergy App and administrative duties as required.
- Work collaboratively to achieve objectives. Display actions and behaviours that are consistent with the Floral Image values.
- Maintain a tidy and qualified personal appearance.
- Other duties deemed necessary from time to time to help the business.

**Requirements**:

- A full driving licence is essential, as this role is mobile
- with the use of a company vehicle.
- Clean background check and driving record.
- **Work an average of 3 days per week (minimum 12 days a month). Be prepared to travel and service all customers across the Central West and Blue Mountains.**
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Communicate effectively both in written and oral form at all levels.

**Key Outcomes**
- Provide customers with the Floral Image Refresh experience.
- Maintain a high customer retention rate.
- Respond to all customer enquiries and internal communication promptly.
- Accurate data entry into Salesforce and Synergy.
