Customer Service Assistant Casual Bathurst

We have a role available for a casual Customer Services Assistant to be based in our Bathurst office.

The Customer Services Assistant will be highly organised, customer-focussed and provide a broad range of tenancy and property management services for a portfolio of Social and Affordable homes.

Specific responsibilities will include conducting lease sign-ups, routine inspections, ensuring all information in our system is up-to-date, following up any client enquiries, promote tenant engagement whilst providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful, you will have effective administrative, planning, and organisational skills. Experience in tenancy and property management and/or community services is highly desirable.

You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This is a casual position. Workdays and hours are adaptable depending on candidate availability.

The Customer Services Assistant is classified as a Level 3.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $48.31 gross per hour (includes casual loading).
