About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial success of two premier properties in the Blue Mountains: Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and Comfort Resort Leura Gardens. Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Sales & Marketing, this is an exciting chance for a passionate sales leader to drive revenue growth, foster strong client relationships, and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives, Event Planners, and Group Reservations professionals Drive revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Conferences, and Events and other group segments Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives Identify new business opportunities and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to maximise occupancy and profitability Oversee event sales and planning processes to ensure exceptional client experiences Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform strategy Represent the properties at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities This position is full time Monday to Friday (occasional weekends will be required).

About You Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within hospitality, hotels, or resorts Robust track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets Exceptional leadership and team development skills Experience managing MICE, corporate, and group segments Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Opera Cloud & Delphi systems is an advantage Knowledge of the Blue Mountains market (preferred but not essential)
