Customer Experience Agent & Vehicle Detailer Bathurst

Due to increased business, we have full‑time Customer Experience Agent and Vehicle Detailer positions available at our Bathurst & Lithgow branch. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving our valued customers at the counter.
- Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counters, paperwork and fleet.
- Answering calls and making reservations.
- Performing some vehicle cleaning.
- Handling general office duties & banking. As a Customer Experience Agent you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships both in the corporate and discretionary commercial and vehicle rental markets. Your understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service will ensure success. Attributes and Requirements
- Car rental experience is preferable but not essential.
- Confident communication is essential.
- Ability to gauge customer needs and utilise appropriate sales skills.
- Ability to work at multiple locations when needed.
- Accountability and a robust work ethic.
- A strong desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Passion for the vital role you play within the team and company and importantly flexibility of working hours and days with some weekend work.
- Willing to travel and work between branches.
- Hold a current non‑restricted driver’s licence and be able to drive a manual. Benefits
