Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of HR, Risk & WHS, the Workforce Manager leads a team responsible for delivering high‑quality HR services across the system, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment. This is a hands‑on leadership role with both operational and strategic impact. You will:

Lead HR service delivery, including workforce planning and recruitment

Provide HR advice and service to school and system leaders

Drive process improvement and contribute to key projects

Play a key role in the implementation of a recent HRIS

Build strong relationships with principals and stakeholders across the Diocese

The offer

Salary circa $146,000 – $151,000 + super
