General Labourer Bathurst

Central West Labour Hire is a locally-run company providing staffing solutions to local businesses in the Construction, Warehousing, Agriculture and Event industries.

We are looking for General Labourers to join our team. You will be working for local businesses, providing hands-on support when they an extra set of hands.

About you:_

Hold a white-card at minimum. Additional qualifications welcome!

Experience as a labourer doing physical tasks

Punctual, Reliable and Motivated to do a excellent job

Own Vehicle is advantageous, however not essential

General duties:_

Carrying out manual labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials or equipment.

Assisting tradespeople and machine operators

Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.

Preparing and cleaning work areas, including removing debris and maintaining site tidiness.

Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete, mortar, or asphalt.

Using hand tools and power tools

Assisting with scaffolding setup, temporary fencing, and traffic control
