Responsibilities

Deliver the clinic operations and OneRetail process components of Audika's onboarding and training programs.

Ensure current Clinic Coordinators develop confidence in operational process, HSP knowledge and best practices, including a client‐centric culture, expectations and standards.

Facilitate high‐quality onboarding sessions and group‐based training that build competence and strengthen recent CCOs' connection to the business.

Embed best practices, reinforce Audika's ways of working and support the National Training and Onboarding manager in evaluating recent hire readiness.

Enhance skillsets, clinic operations knowledge and customer service standards through structured training programs.

Strengthen CCOs' clinic operations confidence and embed cultural alignment to enable delivery of exceptional client service.

Work from the North Ryde head office in Sydney, attending the office at least 3 days per week.
