The Role

Successful Assistant Store Managers will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store workplace that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.

Skills & Experience

Previous management experience, preferably in retail.

Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.

Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets.

Experience in developing and coaching a team.

Drive policies and procedures.

Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant.
