Senior Accountant (Bathurst)

Findex Bathurst is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Senior Accountant to join the Business Advisory Services Team on a permanent, full‐time basis. The role requires strong communication, collaboration and a focus on exceptional client outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver high‐quality and efficient accounting services across a diverse client base. Attend meetings with managers and partners to submit completed work. Prepare business advice, tax returns, business activity statements, financial statements and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals. Complete jobs efficiently while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets. Assist with general bookkeeping duties and client correspondence. Act as liaison with the ATO and other government bodies on client matters. Maintain up‐to‐date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Sharp attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills. Proven experience in public practice business advisory accounting.
