Transaction Banking Specialist (Bathurst)

Position Overview We are specialists in Transaction Banking. Together we drive sustainable success for customers. We are looking for a Transaction Banking Specialist to operate anywhere within Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo or Young regions in Central West and/or surrounding regional NSW. Responsibilities
- Support Commercial and Regional Agribusiness Banking clients with expert guidance, fresh thinking, and industry insights.
- Identify opportunities across Cash Management, CommBiz, Merchant Solutions, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards, and Partnerships for clients with turnover above $3M and up to $150M.
- Drive new‑to‑bank growth and deepen existing relationships to enhance clients’ working capital and cash flow.
- Build, manage, and convert a high‑quality pipeline of transaction banking opportunities across diverse client segments.
- Apply deep product expertise to create cutting-edge, customer‑focused transaction banking solutions.
- Collaborate with relationship teams to uncover opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and advance key initiatives.
- Uplift capability by coaching bankers with insights that strengthen transaction banking knowledge and customer outcomes. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of business payments and the broader payments ecosystem, and a drive to master our transaction banking offering.
- A genuine client partner who moves quickly to deliver smart, professional solutions.
- Confidence working with complex structures such as trusts and partnerships.
- Practical understanding of AP/AR processes to align solutions with evolving client needs.
- Fast‑paced, organised and effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Commercially sharp and future‑focused, with ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
