We're looking for a motivated and digitally savvy professional to help coordinate and optimise Rocky Bay's digital fundraising presence across campaigns, donor communications and supporter engagement activities. This role combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and relationship building to help grow fundraising outcomes and strengthen donor experiences. Working as part of a collaborative and values-driven team, you'll contribute to integrated campaigns, supporter journeys, digital content, and database management while helping drive innovation across fundraising technologies and platforms. Qualifications
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and response
- Solid understanding of CRMs, database management, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
