- Deliver the clinic operations and OneRetail process components of Audika's onboarding and training programs.
- Ensure current Clinic Coordinators develop confidence in operational process, HSP knowledge and best practices, including a client‑centric culture, expectations and standards.
- Facilitate high‑quality onboarding sessions and group‑based training that build competence and strengthen current CCOs' connection to the business.
- Embed best practices, reinforce Audika's ways of working and support the National Training and Onboarding manager in evaluating new hire readiness.
- Enhance skillsets, clinic operations knowledge and customer service standards through structured training programs.
- Strengthen CCOs' clinic operations confidence and embed cultural alignment to enable delivery of exceptional client service.
