Architectural Draftsperson (South Fremantle)

Small Fremantle Architecture Studio You will work closely with our director and design team to help develop concept designs into detailed documentation, assist in project coordination and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and builders. The ideal candidate has a solid technical understanding of residential architecture, experience with Australian building standards and enjoys working collaboratively with a small, creative team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models and documentation
- Translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation
- Coordinate with consultants builders and suppliers to ensure design integrity
- Prepare presentation drawings and materials for clients meetings and submissions
- Maintain drawing registers revision logs, and internal documentation systems
- Assist with material and finishes schedules, joinery documentation and specifications
- Support the director and team members with project administration, meeting notes and correspondence
- Assist with project tenders consultant briefs and submission packages
- Contribute to maintaining studio templates, standards and digital filing systems
- Help with marketing materials, projects portfolios and practice documentation when required Skills and Experience
- Qualification in architecture, Architectural Drawing or related field
- Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and local council processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in sustainable design
