Saigon Bakehouse 1 Pty Ltd T/A Beaudesert Bakehouse is well established

Vietnamese style bakery in Beaudesert QLD 4285. We are currently seeking

passionate, talented and hard-working Pastrycook/Baker to join our growing team

and support our rapidly growing business.

Duties/Tasks
- Maintaining the cleanliness of machines, tools and premises and abiding by

company policies and procedures in relation to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety)

and Food Safety to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and

contractors.
- Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough for bread, cakes,

and patisseries from scratch.
- Operating machines that roll and mould dough and associated products while focus

being on consistency
- coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of

batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times

and ensure quality at all times.
- Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production

runs to ensure compliance with Occupational health and safety regulations
- Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- Training and assisting junior team members.
- Prepare the list of raw materials and order with suppliers.

About you

All applicants must have the following:

- A love for baking
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Cert III in Baking / Patisserie
- Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment
- The ability to be punctual, reliable and hardworking
- Have own transport
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, delegation and time-management skills

Salary Package

$75,000 plus Super
