About The Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Controller to join our expanding Finance team in a newly created role reporting to the CFO. This role will oversee core finance activities including reporting, forecasting, cash flow and compliance, while partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth and operational performance. The position offers broad exposure across the organisation and the prospect to contribute to ongoing strategic and financial improvement initiatives. Key Aspects Of The Role
- Leading financial and statutory reporting processes.
- Providing senior finance leadership, sponsorship and accountability for the implementation of the organisations new ERP platform.
- Overseeing cash flow management and ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
- Providing high-level commercial and strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and the broader Finance team to support business outcomes.
