As a Personal Training Manager at Goodlife Health Clubs, you’re the driving force behind a thriving PT community. You recruit, mentor and develop a team of passionate Personal Trainers, helping them build successful businesses while guiding members toward stronger bodies, healthier minds and lasting lifestyle change. Through clear direction, ongoing mentoring and genuine belief in your team, you help trainers reach their potential while contributing to the club’s overall growth and momentum. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of trainers who fit your existing team.
- Development of your team members in their practical skill sets and knowledge.
- Educating your team on relevant business management practices for personal trainers.
- Implementation and management of Goodlife’s national fitness projects within your club.
- Managing budgeted targets and financial administration tasks.
- Cooperative management of your club within your surrounding management team. Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Fitness or above AUSactive/ Fitrec registration.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Working with Children check. Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 2 years of industry related experience and/or managing a personal training business.
- Accomplished personal trainer with a successful track record and client base.
- The ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with excellent communication.
- Confidence to proactively engage with Goodlife members and work autonomously.
- An enthusiasm for health & fitness and helping others. Advantages
