Caroline Springs Tutoring is a growing tuition centre looking to expand our team with passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference! Becoming a tutor at Caroline Springs Tutoring is more than just supporting students in their learning but also cultivating meaningful relationships with the community to inspire students to be the best versions of themselves. This will be challenging, however, very rewarding! This role will entail you to be a mentor & role model to a small group of up to 6 students, have an abundance of knowledge that will help students improve & excel in their academics, communicate with parents about their child’s progress, provide feedback & develop achievable goals for students to work towards, and come up with cutting‑edge ways to deliver the lessons.
- Confidence in both English and Maths
- VCE level is a bonus!
- Able to work 4
- 8:30pm weekdays and 9
- 1:30pm Saturday mornings
- Be reliable and committed to the rol
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Solid interpersonal and communication skill
- Have a growth mindset to continually develop your own skills and deliver exceptional assistance to young learner
- Valuable use of IT skills What’s Next? If you meet our criteria, you will be invited to join us in an interview to help us get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. The interview will focus on your experiences in teaching, why you are interested in becoming a tutor at Caroline Springs Tutoring and answering scenario based questions. Following the interview, if all goes well, you will be given the chance to observe and participate in our classes with an experienced tutor.
