We have an exciting prospect at our Harvey Norman Commercial Stapylton office for a motivated and driven Full Time Sales Administration. You will be providing a strong level of support for our extensive sales team engaging in a variety of administrative duties and liaising over the phone and on a face-to-face level.

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Posting Invoices
- Return Merchandise Authorization
- Stock Transfers
- Process direct deliveries
- Relief reception duties as required
- Other general clerical duties where required e.g. filing

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Solid experience in an administrative capacity or retail office sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
- Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
- Thorough attention to detail
- Superior data entry accuracy with a key eye for detail
- A team player who can also work well unsupervised
- Punctuality and work commitment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
