Spare Parts Interpreter (Yatala)

Our client is seeking an energetic and mechanically minded person to be a point of contact for their customers and dealer network. Assisting customers and dealers with their after-sales requirements and spare parts enquiries. This role will also work directly with Management and the planning and purchasing teams on order coordination from lead times and stock availability to order allocation.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will form part of our Spare Parts and Internal Sales team whilst working closely with our Service department based at our Yatala facility in Queensland. To be successful in this role, you will have a background in mechanics or spare parts and be an excellent communicator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers phone calls and actions customer enquiries both over the phone and in person.
- Process quotes, orders, payments, and invoices.
- Interpret parts lists, diagrams, and manuals to assist customers with their requirements.
- Oversee current/outstanding orders to ensure customer expectations are being met.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business opportunities.
- Monitor distribution of products/services to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Update and maintain the client management system.

- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation with drive to meet and exceed results.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Spare parts/sales experience will be highly regarded

**Note**:They work a 4 week rotating roster with start/finish times varying between 6:30am
- 5pm

**Salary**: $60,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year
