About the role:

We’re looking for experienced and patient Disability Support Workers to assist customers in our short to medium accommodation service in Yatala. Casual position with potential for permanent roles.

Help customers with daily tasks, personal care and challenging behaviors, teaching valuable skills for long-term accommodation and integration.

About you:

Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including Hospital Settings and SIL Services

Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders

Experience with PEG feeding, medication assistance, personal care, slide sheets and hoist use.

Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations

You have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night and Overnight)

You will have or be willing to obtain the following:

Current First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate

Driver’s Licence
