Buyer's Agent / Property Advisor Incoming Deal Flow | Open Market Purchases | High Growth Opportunity LJ Hooker Property Collective is expanding its Buyers Agency division and is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Buyer's Agent / Property Advisor to join our growing business. This is a genuine opportunity for an established agent or advisor who wants to step into a role with existing momentum, incoming enquiry and active deal flow already in place — while also having the freedom to build long-term client relationships and grow their own personal brand within the business. We are looking for someone who understands how to advise buyers strategically, negotiate confidently, and provide a high-level client experience across all stages of the purchasing journey. Our Buyers Agency services clients right across Queensland, assisting:
- First home buyers
- Owner occupiers
- Interstate relocators
- Investors
- Lifestyle purchasers This role involves sourcing both on-market and off-market opportunities, with strong support from our existing sales business, database, lead generation systems, and established local reputation. - Work directly with buyers to understand their goals, strategy, and purchasing criteria
- Assist clients purchasing across Queensland
- Source suitable on-market and off-market opportunities
- Conduct buyer consultations and property inspections
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Negotiate purchases and manage transactions through to settlement
- Liaise with agents, solicitors, brokers, developers, and key stakeholders
- Maintain high levels of communication, professionalism, and service
- Leverage existing enquiry and database opportunities while continuing to build your own pipeline
- Provide strategic advice to buyers throughout the purchasing process About You
- Previous experience as a Buyer's Agent, Property Advisor, Sales Agent, or high-level real estate professional
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology, negotiation, and property advisory
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Highly motivated and commercially driven
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Professional presentation and client-first mindset
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple buyers at once
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
