At McKenzie’s QLD, we repair and refinish heavy vehicles including fleets, trucks, buses and motorhomes, and we need someone who can deliver quality finishes every time.

THE ROLE You’ll be hands-on in the paint shop, delivering high-quality finishes while helping drive standards across the team.
• Spray painting & refinishing (light to heavy vehicles)
• Colour matching & premium finishes
• Maintain quality, workflow & turnaround times
• Keep the workshop clean, safe and productive

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing (preferred)

• Proven spray-painting skills (not just basic prep)
• Pride in your work — you don’t cut corners
• Reliable, team-focused and switched on
• Willing to learn, help out and give things a go
