- Proven experience operating Laser or Press Brake machinery, or willingness to learn
- Sheet metal knowledge and understanding of CNC processes (operating/fabrication/cutting/folding)
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for the role
- Confident computer skills
