Factory Production Assistant – Windows & Doors Manufacturing Yatala / Gold Coast Area Casual Full-Time | Overtime Available | Pathway to Permanent Position CKA Windows & Doors is a growing commercial aluminium windows and doors business working across residential and commercial projects throughout South-East Queensland. We are looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our factory team. This role will start on a casual basis with full-time hours and overtime available, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full time position within 3 months for the right person. This role would suit someone who:

- Assisting in manufacturing aluminium windows and doors
- Using hand and power tools
- Assembly, machining, glazing and general factory work
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Working with commercial and residential aluminium systems
- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
- Working alongside the production and install teams What We are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Manufacturing, construction and installation experience preferred
- Experience with CNC machinery advantageous
- Experience with Alspec and Wintec systems highly desirable
- Aluminium window and door fabrication experience highly regarded What We Offer
