Disability Support Worker (Mount Warren Park)

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting a participant in Mount Warren Park area who requires respectful, consistent and person-centred assistance, including intimate personal care. If you value building trust, working independently, and making a genuine difference in someone’s daily life — this is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent one-to-one support. What you’ll be doing
- Providing personal and intimate care in a respectful and dignified manner
- Supporting daily routines, independence and community participation
- Building a positive, professional support relationship
- Following individual support plans and organisational policies
- Promoting safety, choice and control in all aspects of support What we’re looking for
- Experience in disability, aged care, community services, or similar roles
- Confidence supporting personal care needs with professionalism and empathy
- Strong communication skills and clear professional boundaries
- Reliable, calm and emotionally mature approach to support work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to cover shifts from 6:00am–11:00am and 1:00pm–6:00pm Essential requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
