Logistics Co-ordinator (Stapylton)

**About the Role** Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking an organised and detail-driven **Logistics Coordinator** to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team in Stapylton. This is a **full-time, on-site position** reporting to the **Logistics Supervisor**, responsible for managing all administrative processes related to the receipt and dispatch of goods.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently by coordinating documentation, scheduling transport, and maintaining critical logistics systems. Our **Stapylton site** is home to a collaborative logistics team that works closely with production and supply chain functions to deliver seamless customer service across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the administrative process associated with Business Partner (BP) sales orders.
- Update relevant systems, including the Freight Management System (FMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).
- Generate and manage dispatch documentation, such as:
- Delivery connotes
- Pallet transfers and exchanges
- Pallet labels
- FMS manifests
- Convert BP sales orders into ERP accounts payable invoices.
- Schedule and coordinate transport collection and delivery times.
- Verify the accuracy of all transport and pallet invoices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards under HACCP and Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Maintain accurate DIFOT measurables on carrier partners.
- Schedule transport collection on carrier partner portals.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator (or similar) within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience with pallet or freight management systems is highly regarded.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of SQF Code, HACCP, Management Systems, and GMP principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a team environment.
