The Harvey Norman Commercial Division is seeking an Executive Accounts Manager to join their team Full Time!
**Harvey Norman Commercial Division** specialises in the supply of goods & services to project builders, developers, architects and the mining industry. Our clients depend upon Harvey Norman Commercial to supply the best range, the best service and the best prices.
We have an exciting opportunity at our **Warana**office for a motivated and driven **Full Time** **Executive Accounts Manager
- Electrical and Plumbing knowledge would be an advantage.**You will play a pivotal role in growing the business’ client base.
**Your duties include but are not limited to**:
- Develop plans to grow the Harvey Norman Commercial business across the QLD market
- Work with key division managers to strategically identify and develop business targets
- Analyse market needs and trends to identify potential new business
- Source sales and business opportunities
- Conduct product presentations to new and existing clients
- Promote, sell and manage orders from new and existing clients
- Develop, implement and maintain a customer relations program
- Establish and maintain contact with new and existing clients on a regular basis
- Assist customers with product queries, specification, and technical information
- Weekly and monthly reporting with business activities
- Achieve set sales targets
**The successful applicant will possess**:
- Sound experience in a sales capacity with a desire to build clientele and drive sales
- Knowledge of the commercial trade will be beneficial but is not essential if you have a desire and passion to learn about the industry
- Knowledge of plumbing supplies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
- Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
- Thorough attention to detail
- A team player who can also work well unsupervised
- Punctuality and work commitment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
- The ability to think outside the square
