Currently a position exists for an enthusiastic person wishing to join the team in the area of office administration. All training will be provided on the job. Work in a friendly fast pasted workplace with an awesome team. Whilst this is a entry level position, we will consider previously acquired skills a benefit.

This successful applicant will have the following qualities.

- Commitment, motivation and enthusiasm

Skills that will be developed will include
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Directing communications between colleagues and customers
- Entering data including MYOB and PAWS
- Maintaining office equipment
- Digital and hardcopy filing and archiving.
- Ordering materials and logistic bookings.

A great team environment exists. Working conditions are excellent and wage is in keeping with the award plus overtime as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $33,592.00
- $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
