Workshop Administration Officer (Yatala)

About the Role We have a full-time position available for a Workshop Administration Officer based in Yatala with an immediate start. Duties Day to day responsibilities will be varied and will include the following:
- Assist with workshop and project coordination.
- Compile job reports, quotes and WIP reports.
- Maintain customer online portals and upload relevant documents.
- Liaising with Workshop Managers and procurement for pickup and dispatch of all items.
- Interact and manage suppliers and customers where required. Requirements for role To be successful for this position you must have demonstrated experience or qualifications in all or some of the following areas:
- Administration experience, ideally in a workshop setting
- Attention to detail
