Warehouse Manager (Yatala)

Salty Captain – Yatala, QLD Salty Captain is one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive, marine, and adventure brands. We manufacture products in-house, distribute nationally through major retailers, and run a fast-moving e-commerce operation. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead from the front and drive performance across warehousing, manufacturing support, fulfilment, team leadership, and operational organisation. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We need someone who can own the warehouse, lead people properly, solve problems fast, and build systems that improve efficiency and output. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing daily warehouse operations
- Leading warehouse and fulfilment staff
- Manufacturing support and workflow coordination
- E-commerce pick, pack, and dispatch performance
- Inventory organisation and stock accuracy
- Dispatch deadlines and freight coordination
- Forklift operations and warehouse safety
- Improving systems, efficiency, and workflow
- Driving lean operational standards
- Setting expectations and holding team members accountable
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Maintaining a clean, organised, high-performance warehouse What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Robust understanding of e-commerce fulfilment and distribution
- Forklift licence required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone who can motivate people and drive standards
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-growing environment
