Warehouse Supervisor (Yatala)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- **Target Achievement**: Ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency are consistently met or exceeded.
- **Hands-On Work**: Participate in physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, stocking, and order picking when needed.
- **Forklift Operation**: Operate a forklift to assist with material handling and organization within the warehouse.
- **Workflow Coordination**: Collaborate with the office manager and other departments to optimize workflow and ensure seamless communication between warehouse operations and office staff.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure the warehouse is maintained in compliance with health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and ensure high productivity standards.
- Proficient forklift operation certification (required).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00
- $32.00 per hour
