Forklift/warehouse Operator (Stapylton)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Manufacturing and Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and expanding team in Stapylton QLD.

**The Role**: Reports to the Warehouse Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- As a part of the team assemble & manufacture of Safety Products (Ezy Rail, Stair Nosing, Height Bars) and use the products efficiently to minimize waste
- Able to take work instructions from the managers on day todays work flow.
- Use various pneumatic and power tools.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Adhere to everyday housekeeping tasks, such as keeping the work space and facility clean and tidy.
- Report on issues and consistently work to improve processes.
- Packing and shipping orders to customers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain a safe workspace and always adhere to the Company OH&S; requirements.

- Technical / trade skills and certifications advantageous but not essential
- Basic to medium Computer skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

- Knowledge and experience working with safety products and advantage but not necessary.
- A strong OH&S; mindset.
- Drive, determination and physically fit.

- Organized, efficient, good at multitasking, and driven to succeed.

**Salary**: $29.00
- $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.6 per week

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
