We are currently hiring across three key roles, all contributing to the delivery of production targets, product quality, and operational efficiency: Production Leading Hand Lead from the front on the production floor — driving performance, supporting your team, and ensuring daily plans are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Monitor output, workflow, and team performance
- Troubleshoot equipment and minimise downtime
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- Drive accountability and solid communication across shifts Warehouse Leading Hand Take ownership of warehouse flow and stock control in a fast-moving production environment.
- Manage receivals, dispatch, picking, and stock movements
- Ensure accuracy, organisation, and inventory control
- Maintain warehouse standards, cleanliness, and biosecurity
- Reduce waste, damages, and inefficiencies
- Operate forklifts and support logistics coordination Process Operators Be hands-on in production — supporting line operations and delivering quality products.
- Set up and operate production lines
- Handle, pack, and process food products
- Work in a chilled (approx. 4°C) environment
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
- Support team output and daily production targets What We’re Looking For Across all roles, you will bring:
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene
- Experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehousing (preferred)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
- A focus on continuous improvement and doing the job right the first time Additional for specific roles:
- Leadership experience (Leading Hand roles)
- Forklift licence (essential for Warehouse, desirable for others) Working Environment Production facility based in Yatala All roles operate within a factory environment. Current hours of operation are 7:00am to 3:00pm; however, as the business expands, shifts may change over time to cover operating hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm based on production needs.
