Busy Bees at Beenleigh is a welcoming and supportive service located in a growing community, offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Diploma-qualified Educator to join a collaborative and high-performing team.

**About the Role**: As a Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care, supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key responsibilities:

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and programming
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies

**What You’ll Need**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Valid **Working with Children Check (QLD
- Blue Card)**:

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
