**About the role**: Seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and organized Service Technician who has a ‘can do’ approach, positive outlook and motivation to join our expanding Operations team in Queensland. Wages are negotiable based on relevant experience and capability.

**Responsibilities**: Your typical day involves mechanical tasks to assess, repair, maintain and test client’s equipment safely, promptly & accurately to Company standards and client requirements. You’ll be part of an experienced team with lots of variety, with no day the same.
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Disassemble & assess equipment condition and issues.
- Fitting, machining, fabrication & repairing equipment.
- Laser alignment of pump packages (workshop and on site)
- Maintain work area & equipment and report any breakages or defects.
- Maintain job cards, job register & allocate job priorities.

**What we are looking for**:

- A qualified tradesperson (Mechanical Fitter or alternative).
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service skills.
- Some experience in Centrifugal Pumps, Diaphragm Pumps, Lobe Pumps, Multistage Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Split Case Pumps, Submersible Pumps and Gear Pumps, Laser alignments and commissioning.
