Due to continued growth and a major systems transition project, we are seeking a reliable and highly organised Administration / Data Entry Assistant to join our team at Yatala.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a quick-paced small business environment, has solid attention to detail, and is confident working across customer service, administration, and computer-based systems.
About the Role
This position will involve a combination of:
• Processing customer orders and invoices
• Data entry and database management
• Assisting with CRM and systems administration
• Customer account maintenance and updates
• General office administration duties
• Email and phone support for customers and suppliers
• Assisting management with day-to-day operational tasks
• Supporting inventory and order processing functions
