Assistant Service Technician/ Production (Yatala)

We are currently seeking to employ multiple Assistant Service Technicians, a Storesperson and a Production Labourer for a busy window and door manufacturer in the Yatala area.

This position is a day shift, Monday to Friday, must be flexible with start times.

**To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following general selection criteria**:

- Be available for an immediate start;
- Be able to **reliably** commit to **Monday to Friday;**
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks
- the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling;
- Due to the location will need own reliable vehicle;
- You must be able to communicate clearly;
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, long sleeve Hi Vis shirt and long work pants;
- Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent work!

**Specific to each role you will need the following**: **Assistant Service Technician**:

- Hold a White Card;
- Able to pass a police clearance check;
- Available for overnight assignments;
- Overtime will be a regular part of this role with some long days;
- Experience with installation with hand and power tool use.

**Storesperson**:

- Valid Forklift licence with proven driving experience;
- Physically fit
- this role requires continuously very heavy lifting;
- Warehouse experience in a dispatch role.

**Production Assistant**:

- Manufacturing experience
- highly regarded;
- Hand and power tool knowledge
- preferred;
- Willing to learn processes and follow procedures.

**Salary**: $30.41
- $34.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
