Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is currently seeking Production Staff to join the one of our fast-paced manufacturing clients in Stapylton. These roles are being offered on a temp-to-perm basis due to ongoing growth within the production areas.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Production Team Leaders, you will be responsible for:

Processing raw materials (steel and metal).

Operating machinery to prepare components for assembly.

Cutting, bending, and grinding steel and metal materials.

Using power tools such as bandsaws, drop saws, drill presses, bench grinders, linishers, and presses.

Assisting with general production duties as required.

Who Are You?

A team player who can take direction well.

Mechanically minded, with experience in manufacturing.

Experienced with power tools and raw materials (steel and metal).

Available Shifts & Rates:

We are currently seeking superstars for the following shifts:

AM Shift: 6:00 AM
- 3:30 PM (Monday
- Friday)

$33.78 per hour plus penalties

1.5x overtime: $50.67 per hour

2.0x overtime: $67.56 per hour

PM Shift: 3:30 PM
- 1:00 AM (Monday
- Friday)

$40.54 per hour plus penalties

1.5x overtime: $60.81 per hour

2.0x overtime: $81.08 per hour

Important: To be successful, you must have full working rights in Australia.

Call to Action:

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.78
- $40.53 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Experience:

Machine operation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driver Licence (preferred)
