About You
A excellent opportunity for someone who can draw on their customer service and/or administration experience. A confident communicator with good organisation and prioritisation skills, you will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of customers to respond to their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
excellent written and verbal communication and strong troubleshooting skills
ability to work well within an open-plan large team environment
high attention to detail and accuracy
a desire to provide excellent customer service
ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
previous experience working with SAP, advantageous but not essential
ability to commit to Mon-Fri 7:30am
- 4pm
