Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and compounding of medications according to prescriptions

Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of pharmaceutical ingredients

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the compounding area

Follow all safety protocols and compliance procedures

Support quality control checks and documentation processes

Handle pharmaceutical materials with care and professionalism

Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to optimise workflow

Requirements:

Forklift License highly regarded

Previous experience in pharmaceutical compounding or a similar environment (desirable but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures

Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Adaptable and reliable with a proactive attitude

Basic computer literacy and record-keeping abilities
