Your professional communication skills will help maintain strong relationships with our customers.

This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts This role also includes rostered Saturday mornings as part of the team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
- Prepare and order parts.
- Present exceptional merchandising standards
- Perform inventory control / stock take
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Requirements:
- Agriculture, Turf, Earthmoving industry experience and formal parts training would be advantageous but not essential
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
- Robust computer skills, including knowledge of stock control and parts ordering systems
- Excellent customer service, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet Who is RDO?
