Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain (Stapylton)

Based at our **Stapylton, QLD** Head Office, we are seeking a talented **Finance Business Partner** to provide insightful analysis to enable decision-making and unlock new efficiencies across our operations. **About the Role**

As the Finance Business Partner
- Supply Chain, you'll work closely with our Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver insightful, accurate and timely analysis that adds real value. You'll will support performance across procurement, planning, and logistics. The role that blends operational involvement with strategic financial planning and analysis.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Delivering clear and concise performance commentary, analysis, and reporting against key benchmarks (budget, forecast, prior year).
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights across end-to-end Supply Chain functions.
- Leading and mentoring a small team of analysts, prioritising key deliverables and development.
- Supporting annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
- Developing financial models and KPI reporting to drive business performance.
- Contributing to business case development for stock builds, 3PL assessments, and strategic cost initiatives.
- Driving BI/reporting tool enhancements in collaboration with system support teams.
- Simplifying complex financial concepts for diverse audiences, including non-finance stakeholders.

**What You'll Bring**
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA preferable) or the relevant operations experience.
- 5+ years' experience in finance partnering roles, with 2+ years in a supply chain-focused environment.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must; Power BI experience is highly regarded.
- Strong ERP system knowledge.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
